Aghisny exists to give ruqyah inside the Quran and the Sunnah, and to refuse what falls outside them. The practitioner is a means. The cure is not.
People write when a person or a house has changed and the change has not yielded to ordinary care. Some write before that, for protection. Both are received the same way: questions, recitation, and direction a person can keep. The detail of a sitting is on the treatment page.

Principles
The Sunnah is the limit
If a practice is not established in the Quran and the authentic Sunnah, it is not used. Novelty is not a method.
No claim on the unseen
Assessment is by what you report and by what is recited. The practitioner does not claim to know the unseen.
Privacy
What you send is read in order to answer and to arrange a sitting. It is not a story to be retold.
Honesty about outcome
The means is lawful ruqyah. The cure is from Allah. Anyone who guarantees a result is speaking beyond knowledge.
