Short answers.
What ruqyah is here, what is refused, and how a request is handled. The method itself is described under treatment.
What is ruqyah?
Ruqyah is recitation of the Quran and the supplications of the Prophet, peace be upon him, for someone who is harmed or who seeks protection. In this practice it is only that. It is not a separate art, and it is not magic.
Is this a form of magic?
No. Sihr is refused here, including when it is offered as a cure. Treatment is the Quran and the Sunnah. If a method needs a charm, a pact, or a claim to know the unseen, it is not used.
Do you write amulets or talismans?
No. Amulets, grids, and talismans are not given. If you are wearing or keeping one, mention it. You will be told to remove what is unlawful, not to replace it with another.
Should I still see a doctor?
Yes, whenever the body or the mind is involved. Ruqyah does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and does not replace a physician, a psychiatrist, or emergency care.
What if I do not know the cause?
Write anyway. Say what changed and when. You are not asked to decide that it is sihr, jinn, or the eye before you will receive a reply.
Is what I send kept private?
Yes. Your name, number, city, and message are used to answer you and to arrange a sitting. They are not published, and they are not passed on as a story.
How is a sitting held?
In person or by voice, agreed when you write, according to what is possible and appropriate. A woman is not left alone with a man who is not her mahram. Say who will be present.
How soon will I hear back?
Within one to two days. This is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
Do you see children?
Only with a parent or guardian present. If a child is ill, injured, or unsafe, a doctor and the proper authorities come before any sitting.
Can you promise that it will end?
No. The practitioner recites and advises. Cure is from Allah alone. Relief may be soon, slow, or not yet visible. Another sitting is arranged only if it is still needed.
